Credit cards, a turning point in history...
Credit cards are embedded in our society and "are an integral part of our daily lives." In fifty-two years, they have changed the lives of most consumers and merchants forever (Mandell 153). We have shown specific ways credit cards have changed consumers, crime, and technology; however, these are not the only things in our society transformed by this invention. It is hard to imagine what our lives would be like today without it. As credit cards continue to transform, we can only guess what the future holds.
